Description

The AC-ALK-MAX+ (4) is a high-quality compatible water filter designed for water filter jugs using the Brita™ Maxtra / Maxtra+ filter type. It helps improve water quality, reduce chlorine and other unwanted substances, and supports better taste for everyday drinking.


In addition to standard filtration, this version includes an alkaline function, designed to help support a higher water pH. The pack contains 4 filters, making it a practical solution for regular home use and long-term filtration.

Installation manual

  1. Remove the old filter
    Take the used filter cartridge out of the water pitcher.
  2. Fill the pitcher with water
    Prepare clean cold water for filter activation.
  3. Prepare the new filter
    Unpack the new filter and immerse it in water to activate the filtration material and help remove trapped air.
  4. Insert the new filter
    Place the filter firmly into the filter holder inside the pitcher.
  5. Flush the filter
    Discard the first 2–3 litres of filtered water to rinse the system and prepare the filter for regular use.
  6. Reset the indicator
    If your pitcher has a replacement indicator, reset it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
