Fold the filter seam along its length so it sits flush against the dripper wall.
Insert the filter into a size 01 dripper.
Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any papery taste and preheat your brewer/mug. Discard the rinse water.
Add ground coffee (typically 10–15 g for 150–250 ml of water – adjust to your recipe).
Start pouring: bloom for 30–45 s, then continue with a slow, even pour to your target volume.
Once dripping stops, remove the filter and serve immediately.
